Putting quotes together never stops: creating, duplicating, editing and recalculating are always unlimited on every plan, Free included. What counts against your allowance is the quote you deliver — the PDF you generate — and for any one quote it counts only once, customer and internal PDF included. Once you have used up the month's quotes, reports or AI messages, that particular feature pauses until renewal, or you move straight to a higher plan. All your data stays exactly where it is.
Starter, Growth and Business have exactly the same features — only the monthly volumes change (quotes, reports, AI Coach messages, strategic analyses), sized for progressively larger firms. Growth is the usual choice for anyone using the AI every day. Business is built for established firms running high volumes.
Treat it as a guide, not a rule: Free for a sole trader or for trying the platform out, Starter for 1 to 10 staff, Growth for 10 to 50, Business for 50 to 250. Above 250 staff, or for anything unusual, talk to us about a tailored Enterprise plan.
