On site, on the shop floor, or is whoever handles quotes overloaded? Vivy takes care of it: it writes the quote with the right margin, in real time, you just send it.
How it works
01
A client writes asking for a quote: Vivy reads the email, understands what's needed and gets started on her own, without you having to do anything.
02
Recognizes the products and services requested in the email and applies the right margin following the costs, debts, hours and every parameter you've already set: the calculations are always precise, with Prevify's same deterministic engine.
03
The quote arrives already prepared as a PDF, with your logo and your company's colors, along with a draft of the reply message. One glance, and you send it all.
